Details
ULTRA Series triband dichroic filter with 458 nm (± 3.0 nm), 532 nm (± 3.0 nm), and 597 nm (± 3.0 nm) cut-on wavelengths, steep edge transitions, greater than 93% average transmittance, and greater than 95% average reflectance. This polychroic filter is designed for use at a 45 degree angle of incidence (AOI). It is coated on a 1.04 mm fused silica substrate and is 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm (± 0.1 mm) in size. Alluxa ULTRA Series longpass dichroic beamsplitters are designed for use with our fluorescence excitation and emission filters to optimize fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
