Details
Dualband dichroic filter with 501 nm and 591 nm (± 3.0 nm) cut-on wavelengths, steep edge transitions, greater than 93% average transmittance from 508 nm to 539 nm and 600 nm to 682 nm, and greater than 95% average reflectance from 450 nm to 495 nm and 554 nm to 580 nm. This polychroic filter is designed for use at a 45 degree angle of incidence (AOI). It is coated on a 1.04 mm fused silica substrate and is 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm (± 0.1 mm) in size. Alluxa longpass dichroic beamsplitters are designed for use with our fluorescence excitation and emission filters to increase fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
