317.0-0.7 OD5 Ultra Narrow Bandpass Filter


Ultra-narrowband optical interference filter with a 317.0 nm center wavelength (CWL), 0.8 nm full-width at half-maximum (FWHM), and wide-range out-of-band OD5 blocking from 200 nm to 1200 nm. This is a multi-cavity filter with steep edges, a flat top, and transmission that is greater than 50% at 317 nm. This ultra-narrow filter is coated on a 1.98 mm thick fused silica substrate and mounted in a 25 mm (+0/-0.1 mm) diameter, 3.5 mm (± 0.1 mm) thick anodized aluminum ring. All Alluxa optical filters are hard-coated using our innovative SIRRUS™ plasma deposition process. As a result, they are all highly durable and resistant to laser damage. Our deposition process also allows us to manufacture ultra-narrow bandpass filters with the narrowest bandwidths and highest transmission currently available. Contact us for custom sizing options.
